Bobby Godwin serves as the Business Administrator at Wilson Christian Academy, where he oversees the Academy’s business operations, facility management, cafeteria services, and childcare programs. He has been a dedicated member of the Wilson Christian Academy family for more than 24 years, bringing extensive experience in business management, financial stewardship, and organizational leadership.
Wilson Christian Academy has been an important part of Bobby’s life since he attended kindergarten when the school was located at Tabernacle Baptist Church on South Tarboro Street. Today, his connection to the Academy spans three generations, as both his children graduated from Wilson Christian and his grandchildren are now students.
Bobby earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. He is also a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. His background in business, leadership, and counseling provides a balanced perspective for strategic planning, financial management, and servant leadership while supporting the mission of Christian education.
In addition to his role at Wilson Christian Academy, Bobby provides Christian counseling, integrating sound clinical practices with biblical principles to help individuals, couples, and families find hope, healing, and spiritual growth.
